Can I get free shipping at TAKEYA?
They recommend using the following methods to ship to Hawaii, Alaska and US Territories – Expedited Shipping and USPS Priority Mail. These methods arrive the fastest, typically 2-4 days.
The order may take between 24 to 36 hours to process. Their warehouse ships Monday through Friday, Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times may vary depending on the method requested at the time of purchase.
Free Shipping: Your package will typically arrive between 3-12 business days within the contiguous United States.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within two business days to most areas; applicable for Continental US, Hawaii and Alaska only. Delivery days are Monday through Friday. No Holidays. Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on a weekend will be processed the following business day. Select zip codes are not available for this service and some locations require additional shipping times.
USPS Priority Mail - USPS Priority Mail packages typically arrive in 2-3 days. USPS delivers on Saturday, but does not deliver on Sunday.
USPS First Class: Some packages are shipped via USPS first class mail. These typically take 5 to 7 business days to arrive.
How do I return an item?
Please contact their customer service team by filling out the Contact Them Form on their website. Please include your order information and proof of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and unused to be eligible for return and refund.
How do I track my order?
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account, clicking My Orders, and then clicking on the order you would like to track. You can also click on the tracking number in the email we sent you when your package is shipped. All packages ship from our Columbus OH warehouse.
