Does Tarina Tarantino provide Free shipping?
Yes.
- Tarina Tarantino offers free standard shipping on all US domestic orders over $100 and under 1 LB in weight. If your order weighs 1 lb. or more it must be shipped priority at your cost. They also provide free international shipping on orders over $200 to select destinations outside the US. And the delivery will take 5 - 7 business days.
- Express Shipping Options are available and will be calculated based on weight/ region at the time of check out. The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
What is Return policy of Tarina Tarantino?
- They offer a 7 day return policy (from date order was received) on unopened and unused items purchased from their website (excluding SALE ITEMS which are not eligible for exchange or return). You may return products to Tarina Tarantino only after obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number from a Customer Service Representative (see below for details)
- After this 7 day period, only unopened/unused products will be accepted for exchange only within 15 days of purchase with a valid receipt. They do not refund shipping costs. Shipping charges for international exchanges must be paid by customer.
Does Tarina Tarantino pay taxes and duties for international orders?
No, all applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). They ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and they do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Tarina Tarantino.
