When will additional restocking fees be charged?

If the customer wishes to return or upgrade the product or products between seven (7) and thirty (30) days from the date of receipt (or longer if authorized by management), a re-stocking fee of 10% to 20% will be assessed on the trade-in equipment, and the balance will be applied towards any equipment inventoried by Woodland Hills Camera & Telescopes. 

Picking up an order at Telescopes Net?  

Please wait for confirmation that your items are ready to be picked up. This may come through text message (standard rates apply), email or a phone call.   Your items will be held for 2 business days unless special request has been made to hold for a longer period of time. They accommodate all reasonable requests. Pick up is available Monday through Saturday from 10-6pm.
