Can I return an order purchased using a Gift Card?

Of course you can: any order placed online is eligible for a refund, regardless of the payment method, as long as you request the return within 14 days from delivery or pick-up.

How to return product?

• The item must be undamaged, unworn,with the original label attached, in its original packaging.

•  Fill in the Online Return Form you will find on your account once you Login.

• Take the Return Label from the box and attach it outside the package.

• If you don't find the preprinted Label, please contact their Customer Service.

• If you live outside Europe, on the return invoice that you can find inside your parcel, flag the item(s) you wish to return. Place the return invoice inside your parcel. Please note that the item(s) flagged should be the same you selected when you opened the RMA request on your Tessabit account.

Can I make any changes to my order after I've placed it?

Please contact us as soon as possible and they will do their best to make the requested modifications. Please note that, once you receive the shipment confirmation, they cannot make any changes to your order anymore. However, you can easily return products for a refund after delivery.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

They strive to offer you the best possible shopping experience, even when your purchase didn't work out as expected. Return shipping is free with the DHL label they send you in your Return Confirmation email: attach it to the return parcel and call the courier within 7 days from when you requested the return.
