What is their shipping policy?

• If you choose free ground transportation for your inventory order, you will receive the order within 5-7 working days. If you choose advanced transportation, you will receive the order within 4-6 working days. Please note that they currently do not offer overnight or two-day delivery options.

• Sometimes, due to bad weather, FedEx's express service will be delayed. To see if your area is affected by local service interruptions, FedEx regularly updates delivery exceptions, which can be found here.

Do they ship internatioanlly?

• The international transportation cost is automatically filled in according to the order weight, volume and address at the time of settlement.

• However, these fees do not include additional tariffs or import duties, which may be incurred according to the final destination of transportation. Since tariffs and / or tariffs vary from country to country, citizens cannot quote. The fee is calculated according to the order value and charged according to local regulations before delivery.

• The following items are not suitable for international transportation:

• Oversized wooden furniture, large mirrors and carpets over 8 feet.
• Any product that needs to be delivered with white gloves.

What is their return policy?

• They accept the return within 30 days after delivery, and they will even bear the return freight of most goods. Please note that the final sold goods are not eligible for return. Except for white gloves, store points and exchange returns are completely free.

Refunds and returns will incur the following restocking costs:

• If your return includes only bedding and / or towels, $0 (free). Please note that bedding does not include any sheets, bedding or decorative pillows.

• Most return orders are $25, and if your tax return includes one or more oversized items (carpets, furniture, mirrors), it is $65.

• If your return includes one or more oversized items shipped through white gloves (carpets with an area of 9 feet or more, oversized furniture), 15% of the items will be returned because you need to arrange to receive the goods with their white glove transportation company. The delivery fee of white gloves is not refundable.
• Costs are assessed on a per return basis rather than on a project basis. This means that you will only charge a fee (depending on the items in your return). 
• Items must be new and intact. They must also be returned in the original protective packaging to ensure that your return is safe and intact. Bedding and towels must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
