The Grommet Frequently Asked Questions
What shipping methods do they offer?
Different products have different shipping options — You can view shipping methods and costs during checkout before submitting your order. Some made-to-order items can't be expedited, and only ground shipping will be available.
Items with standard shipping arrangements may have ground, expedited, or express shipping options, and the delivery times for each are also shown during checkout. You can see all of the available shipping options by selecting "see faster options" under the standard shipping method.
They use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ship items. Carriers are selected automatically to provide a balance between the fastest and cheapest options, and you'll be able to see which carrier is being offered for each option. They are not able to choose a carrier for you.
How can I track my order?
Their warehouse is currently experiencing some fulfillment delays due to the high order volume of their liquidation sale. It may take a little extra time for your package to be marked as shipped as a result.
Choose My Account > Order History. Each separate shipment has a tracking link via the carrier under the order heading. (Shown in the screen shot below) Click "Track Via [Carrier]" and a new window or tab will pop up with your tracking information.
Please note tracking information is available only after an item ships. That usually takes about 1-2 business days from the time you place an order, depending on the product ordered. Once the tracking number is generated, it may take up to 48 hours for scans to show from the carrier.
How long will I receive my refund?
When you send the product(s) you're returning back to them, it takes a few days to travel through the mail back to their warehouse, get looked over, and then register through their systems.
Most refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt of the product at the warehouse, often times sooner.
You’ll receive a credit to your original form of payment (credit card or PayPal).
What kind of payment forms do they accept?
They accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay and PayPal.
They do not accept outside gift cards, personal checks, or money orders.
