Can I cancel my order?
Sorry, you can not.
- Their team makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, they are unable to cancel or edit your order.
- They understand that sometimes you can have a change of heart! If you no longer wish to keep the item(s) purchased (and if product is unopened), please contact their Customer Happiness team and they'll set up a return for refund.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.
Do they ship to other countries?
Yes, they do.
- All packages will be sent DHL International Shipping - Economy or DHL International Shipping - Standard.
- Rates will be determined by dimensional weight estimate and flat rate box capacity. They have a shipping calculator at checkout!
- Once you have added everything to your cart, add your address in for an estimated shipping cost.
- Please note, it is your responsibility to pay all tariffs, duties and taxes.
What if I haven’t received my product?
- If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please check with your neighbors to see if the package was mistakenly delivered elsewhere.
- If a domestic order has still not arrived after 7 days, please reach out to their Customer Happiness team with your order number for assistance.
- If your package is marked as "in-transit" and has no updates after 7 days, please reach out to their Customer Happiness team for assistance.
