What is their return policy?

• The twister group provides a 30 day return policy for selected goods according to the manufacturer's return policy. International orders (non US and Canada) are non refundable. If the product is listed as non returnable, it will not be returned. 

• 20% restocking fee will be charged for all rejected goods, flawless and defective returns found to be flawless. The customer is responsible for paying any freight and 20% restocking fee incurred due to refusal of delivery, unclaimed goods, goods returned by the carrier due to natural disasters, incorrect address, the recipient's inability to sign the package, and any other reasons beyond the control of twister group. 

• If you return goods or reject orders for free land transportation promotion, the freight will be deducted from the refund amount. Orders returned by military mail (apo/fpo address) need to pay a 20% restocking fee for any reason of return: the military postal service does not provide any return explanation.

How to cancel an order?

Your order can only be cancelled if it is out of stock. Send an email to the sales department. Please attach your name and order number, and they will cancel your shipment immediately.

What items cannot be returned?

• Freight, wire transfer fees, customs and brokerage fees. If you return goods or reject orders for free land transportation promotion, the freight will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Any physically damaged or defaced items. Any damage caused by transportation must be submitted to the carrier immediately before any return authorization request.

• Panasonic, Intel products, 30 inch and above LCD and plasma TVs, as well as open software and other products listed as non returnable must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Defect free products with flip or blister open.
