How long is the Thousand Trails Pass valid for?
The initial term of the Thousand Trails Pass is one year if you purchase one to five areas and choose to pay the annual fee in full at the time of purchase, or one year or two if you purchase one to five areas and choose to pay the annual fee in monthly installments. At the end of the initial period, your pass will automatically renew for one year. You can cancel your membership by notifying them at least 30 days before the membership expires.
What is the money-back guarantee for Thousand Trails Pass?
The notice must be mailed by midnight on the 30th day after the date you signed the Zone Park Pass purchase agreement or before you stay at the campsite for more than two consecutive nights. It is sufficient to send by regular mail, but it is recommended that you request a return receipt by registered mail. If you purchased a Zone Park Pass through their website or call center and for any reason your Zone Park Pass is not valid within the first 30 days after you sign the purchase agreement or after you have stayed at the campsite for no more than two consecutive days Satisfied, whichever comes first, you can cancel the purchase agreement and receive a refund of the annual fee and registration fee.
How long can I stay at the resort?
While there is no limit to the total number of nights you can use the Thousand Trails Camping Pass per year, they do set a maximum of 14 consecutive days for any given stay at their resort. Additionally, if your stay exceeds four consecutive nights, you must wait seven nights before staying at any resort again.
