Do their products support warranties and returns?

They guarantee 1 year warranty. They accept returns within 7 days, and if there is a quality problem, they will replace within 15 days. The warranty period for bicycle accessories is long. If the customer finds non-artificial damage within one week of receipt, they will send replacement parts free of charge. After 3 months, customer must pay for replacement parts and shipping.
