Do their products support warranties and returns?
They guarantee 1 year warranty. They accept returns within 7 days, and if there is a quality problem, they will replace within 15 days. The warranty period for bicycle accessories is long. If the customer finds non-artificial damage within one week of receipt, they will send replacement parts free of charge. After 3 months, customer must pay for replacement parts and shipping.
Can my order be cancelled?
Customers can cancel orders at any time before shipping; please contact them first. They will help you cancel your order and process the refund to you, which will take 5-8 business days to return to your account. However, once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded. Their warranty and return policy takes effect upon receipt of the package.
