What is the Return Policy?
Extended Holiday Returns and Exchanges: Any unused Tom Beckbe product purchased through TomBeckbe.com after November 1, 2021, may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2022. Any unused Tom Beckbe product purchased through TomBeckbe.com prior to November 1, 2021:

• (1) may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the product’s purchase;
• (2) may be returned only for credit with Tom Beckbe between 30 and 45 days from the date of the product’s purchase;
• (3) may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product within 45 days of the product’s purchase.

• Other than returns and exchanges falling within our extended Holiday return window, they will not accept any returns or exchanges beyond 45 days from the date of purchase except as outlined above.

What about their Shipping policy?

• All products purchased from TomBeckbe.com ship from Duluth, Georgia within one to two business days unless otherwise noted and subject to inventory availability at their distribution center.
• Low-stock and fragile items may be shipped directly to you from a Tom Beckbe retail location. For orders over $125, they provide complimentary UPS shipping from Duluth to any location within the continental United States. If you would like expedited shipping, please choose a faster shipping method at checkout if available.
  
• Any order shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Import Duties and Taxes vary depending on the destination country, as well as value of shipment. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
