What is the return policy for international orders?

• Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. 

• They do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders, please return items to address listed on the return form and be sure to keep a copy of the return tracking number. 

• Please note: Unfortunately they do not refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

• Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

Do I need to pay for taxes and customs for international orders?

• Yes. Their international shipping charges include local taxes and/or duties at checkout. 

• Please contact your local customs office to request more details about applicable fees. 

• And, as required by law, they are required to disclose the full value of the package contents when shipping.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

• Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped out the next business day which also include orders process on weekends.

• Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

• Please note, if you live in the greater Los Angeles area choose ground shipping, as your order will get to you within 1-2 business days.

Will I get a detailed tracking information of my order?

• Yes. Upon completion of order processing, the shipping information will include tracking number which will be sent via email.

• If you don't receive your order or tracking number, please call their customer service department at 1(844)955-0503. 

• Please note Wildfox is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages and no refunds will be issued for lost or stolen packages.

How to start a domestice returns?

• Please follow the directions on their return portal. 

• Once you have gone through the return process please print your prepaid SmartPost return label, pack all items in a secure box and enclose the return form and packing list with your items. 

• Please be sure to drop off your package at your local post office. Once your package is received by their warehouse it typically takes 1 full billing cycle for the refund to reflect in your account. 

• Please note: $8 per returned package will be deducted from your return refund or credit when using their prepaid label.
