Are they international shipping?

• International freight will be subject to applicable customs, duties, duties and any necessary taxes (i.e. VAT). These costs will be borne by you and are not included in their freight. You may charge these additional fees at the time of delivery. Check out their international shipping FAQs.

What is their return policy?

• They all need one more day. Every item they sell is included in their 366 day return policy. If your new unused items cannot be used, you have 366 days to return them. Easy to understand.

• *All items must be returned as received, including manufacturer's packaging, labels, documents and any attachments. If the goods are arrived, used or damaged due to improper packaging, they will be rejected. Please make sure that the returned goods are carefully packed.

What is their exchange policy?

• If you decide to have a different size, color or style, please go through the refund procedures according to the above requirements and place a new order. Placing new orders now will speed up the arrival of new products and help ensure that they are not out of stock.

Do they offer a warranty?

• They like riding bicycles as much as you do. They know that the more you ride, the more likely it is that many working parts on the bicycle will have problems. The bicycle manufacturer only deals with the warranty that the frame may be defective. 

• Having said that, Evo can act as a middleman in this process, but there are other options, which may be faster and easier for you. It is a good choice to go to the local bicycle shop, as long as they are authorized dealers of frame manufacturers or parts manufacturers. 

• If you visit the manufacturer's website, you should find some warranty instructions to start the process. But as always, they are very willing to help you return in two rounds!
