What should I do if there is a defect in my product?

• If a defect in the Device arises within the Warranty Period, Tile will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: 

• epair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; 

• refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Device.  

• This Warranty does not apply to Devices you purchase from unauthorized resellers; 

• where the instructions for use and activation of the Device are not complied with; 

• where the Device is used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile device; 

• where the Device is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond their reasonable control.

What is not covered by worry free warranty?

• your Covered Device is lost or stolen;

• your Covered Device shows normal wear and tear, is scuffed or has minor cosmetic damage that does not impact its functionality; 

• your Covered Device is damaged by reckless, willful or intentional conduct;

• If your Covered Device was purchased more than 3 years prior to the date of the claim;

• you purchased the Covered Device from unauthorized resellers;

• the instructions for use and activation of the Covered Device are not complied with.

Which Tiles are eligible for the reTile program?

Any Tile with a non-replaceable battery and one year lifespan is eligible. All other Tiles now have a replaceable battery, or a longer battery lifespan. If you have a Tile Mate (2016), Tile Slim (Original), Tile Sport, or Tile Style, you can upgrade to a newer model through the reTile program.
