When will I receive my order?
Pick-up in store - Complimentary. Expected delivery within 1 - 7 business days after order ships.
Ground – Complimentary. Expected delivery within 1 - 7 business days after order ships.
Second Day - $25 . Guaranteed delivery on second business day for all order placed before 1:00 PM EST.
Next Day - $ 35. Guaranteed delivery on the next business day for all orders placed before 1:00 PM EST.
Deliveries are carried out Monday-Friday, during office hours, except on weekends and bank holidays.
How to start a return?
For full priced items only, go to the "Request a Return" link at the bottom of the site pages and fill in the online form.
Print out the return label sent by email upon the successful completion of the process. Note the return label is typically emailed in 24 hours.
Place the items to be returned in a box and place the printed label on the outside of the package, making sure that any other labels are completely covered.
Drop off package at local UPS location.
How long does it take to process my refund and give my refund?
Once they receive your returns, they will check the terms and status of these projects. This may take 3-4 business days.
Refund will be made as soon as/when the item has been accepted for refund, the refund will be made through the original payment method and amount.
This will be apparent on your account within one week of their return transactions being initiated and/or according to your banking institution's policy.
What are the conditions for returns?
Items must be intact, with all labels and all associated accessories, including any special packaging. Items that are incomplete, damaged or used shall not be returned or replaced;
Returns will be made as soon as as/when the item has been accepted for refund, the refund will be made through the original payment method and amount.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date of the original order;
Any returned/exchanged items must be delivered by courier within 14 days of contact with customer service;
Any returned goods can only be shipped to the country of consignment;
Items must be purchased online at Todds, not in stores or any of our boutiques;
If multiple items are returned, the freight for these items will not be refunded. If the customer wishes to return the entire order, the freight can be reimbursed.
