Do I have to return my mattress in the original box?

If the mattress is still in the box, then they'll take it back that way. If not, don't worry about it! They'll send someone out to pick it up as is.

How do I return my mattress?

Just contact their Dream Team and they'll take it from there. They'll either send you a return UPS label (if it's still in the box) or send someone out to pick it up.

What is the warranty on their accessories?

How long do I have to request a refund?

Any product can be returned for up to 100 days after purchase, and mattresses can be returned for up to 365 days after purchase. That said, they ask that you first try breaking in their mattress for 30 days before requesting a return.

What is the warranty on the Adjustable Bed?

The Tomorrow Sleep Adjustable Bed comes with a 3 Year limited warranty. Three Year Basic Limited Warranty: Full One Year Warranty for all parts and labor, including electrical components, drive motors, power supply, and factory supplied electronics and 2 Year Limited Warranty thereafter.
