What can I learn about the shipping information?

• Shipping promotions are valid only for Contiguous US orders. This excludes shipments to HI, AK, PR, PO boxes and military addresses. 

• No coupon codes are necessary. Orders with shipping promotions go out via UPS SurePost (2-7 business days), UPS Ground (1-5 business days), or USPS First-Class Mail (2-5 business days). 

• Choosing the carrier for orders with free shipping is at the warehouse's discretion. Orders placed before 3pm PST are usually shipped the same day. They offer a low flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 for ground service to the Contiguous US. They ship via UPS Ground or USPS First-Class Mail depending on the order. 

• They ship only to the US, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO addresses. Other shipping options include USPS Priority Mail, UPS 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, and Next Day Air.

What is the return policy?

• The return date is within one year of the purchase date. Merchandise Authorization (with a valid RMA number). In order to receive a replacement or refund on your product, any returned ink or toner product must be returned at least 50% full. 

• Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. 

• This warranty only applies to remanufactured and compatible printer cartridges. 

• After 30 days receipt of order, customer is responsible for all shipment costs to return to them. 

• If you urgently need your replacement, you can choose to purchase the replacement product at the regular price of the item (without shipping charges) and they will credit your original purchase after inspecting the returned product. This is a security measure in order to make sure that the product is returned.
