What it if I received a damaged item?

• Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. Do not sign for an item unless you have fully inspected the item for damage or defects.

• If you do not call them within 7 days of receipt of the item to let them know about shipping damage, they will not be able to refund you.

• If the package is damaged, they will need a photo of your item and the outside of box showing the label.Write down any visible damage such as box crushed, torn, creased and other circumstances about the delivery.

• If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Call their customer service department immediately at (888)657-8436.

Can I cancel my order?

• They do not cancel orders pre-ship at this time. Their goal is to ship orders as soon as possible so they have set up their system to automatically process your order as fast as possible.

• For that reason, once an order has been submitted, it cannot be canceled. If an error is made, they need you to accept the package and request a return authorization to return the package (if their return policy below allows) for a refund.

• Please be sure that you want to make the purchase before submitting the order. Orders refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including a return fee, their shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

What should I know before returning a product?

• For all furniture items they will replace any parts that are damaged(if applicable) but the item may not be returned if you changed your mind.

• They will not accept returns on Sports related autographed Memorabilia and Collectables or on any custom made items such as any customized car mats or children?s furniture.

• They will not accept returns on any Shavers, Personal Care items, Cosmetics or Intimate products that have been opened or used.

• They will not accept returns on any Software, Video Games, iPods, Computer Parts, Electronics items that have been opened/used (box open or plastic removed) or any Laptops or PC's.
