What is their return policy?

• If the purchase made on travismathew e-commerce website (travismathew.com or travismathew.ca) or any of their retail locations is not cleaned, worn and in a new state, and all original components and labels are still intact, the customer can return them for any reason within 30 days after shipment or in store purchase. 

• All sales items of online warehouse sales or online week are final sales and cannot be returned. The return of online shopping can be started by clicking here and entering all necessary information, or it can be taken to the nearest retail store location. All such returns must be accompanied by a valid return authorization, which shall be issued within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product by Travis Matthew. 

• The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. To order online, please call 1-877-969-1952 or email [email protected]. If you want to fill in the return purchased at one of their retail stores, please call or visit your local store.

How to track my order status?

• To track your order, please visit the order status page and enter your order number and email address.

• Or, if you are a TM rewards member, you just need to log in to your account and access the order in the account dashboard. Here, you can find your order, and then click order details to view your order status.

• In addition, you will receive email updates when your order is shipped, en route, and delivered.
