Does Trayvax provide free delivery service?
Yes.
- Standard Shipping is free for all domestic orders over $59. When choosing standard shipping, orders are usually processed within 1 to 5 business days of receiving payment. And it it will take 3-7 business days after processing. While Priority Shipping usually takes 2-3 days after processing.
- All international mail is shipped via FedEx International Priority. They will not stretch the truth or under declare values on any packages. Note: Customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees when importing products into their country.
What is Return policy of Trayvax?
If you are unsatisfies with your purchase from Trayvax, you can return the items within 30 days from when the product is delivered. The Shipping, Inspection, and Restocking fee is:
- $5 for the Summit, Armored Summit, Original 2.0, Axis, Cinch, Cinch Lite, and Link Lanyard
- $10 for the Element, Explorer, Summit Notebook, Ascent, and Renegade
- $15 for the Contour and Epiphany
If your products are defective, Trayvax will cover any additional shipping costs to repair and return wallet or send out a replacement part/wallet, depending on the situation.

How do I make a change to my order?
