Can I change the order if it has not been shipped?
It all depends on where they are in the process of ordering the tree house for you. If you need to change the shipping address, shipping method, engraving information or cancel the order, please contact them as soon as possible and provide your order ID, because the order moves rapidly in their system, and the change cannot be guaranteed.
Can I use multiple coupons on my order?
No, they are sorry! Their system only allows one coupon per order.
Can I use coupons for discounted goods?
All their discount coupons cannot be combined with any other sales. Please understand that there is only one sale / discount for one purchase.
Will I receive the delivery confirmation after the order is delivered?
When your order is ready to be sent to you, you will receive the delivery confirmation by email! If you don't see the movement when checking the tracking number, please give another 24-48 hours. According to their experience, sometimes their San Francisco post office will not register for tracking immediately.
Can I make a return or exchange at Tree Hut?
In order to qualify for return, the goods must be returned to their address within 30 days of the delivery date of your original order (printed on your packing list). The exchange must receive it within 30 days. Freight will be deducted for return.
They recommend sending packets in a traceable way. If the lost package does not have a tracking number, they will not be able to refund it. Returns received by between 31 and 90 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Late returns will have the shipping fee deducted.
