If I request expedited shipping, when must my order be received to ship the same day?
Expedited orders received before 3pm EST are guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders shipped using ground service typically ship within 24 hours.
Do they ship internationally?
Yes, there is a flat international shipping fee of $25.00 per order. They can ship anywhere UPS can. Note that customs fees may apply in your country, but Tail is not responsible. By purchasing, the customer assumes full responsibility for duties or customs charges. They do not pay return shipping for items returned or exchanged in international shipping. International exchanges will incur a $25.00 shipping fee for exchange orders.
How will my order be shipped?
They use UPS as their shipper. Once you receive your shipping confirmation/tracking information, you can track your order at ( www.ups.com ). UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide your actual street address. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Expedited orders include business days (MF) only. For example, an order placed after 3pm EST on Friday for overnight delivery will ship on Monday and arrive the next morning.
What is their return policy?
Unbridled offers free returns to all customers in the continental US! They accept returns for all unworn items with original labels attached. All returns must be made within 100 days. Defective items can also be returned for a full refund. Plus, they offer UPS return labels to make returns even easier. For any orders from outside the continental United States, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any exchange orders will cost $25.00. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method. For purchases made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
How do I return my unwanted items?
Inside the package you'll find a prepaid return shipping label and a return/exchange form. Please complete the form and indicate if you would like credit or exchange. You can call UPS to schedule a pickup, or drop the package directly into a UPS box or store.
