What are the shipping times and charges?

• When your order is placed, they will send you a confirmation email. Once your package is ready to ship, they will send you an email with final confirmation and your tracking number. 

• Below you will find an estimate of the number of working days (Mon-Fri) required to ship our products to your country. 

• This estimate starts from the moment you receive the shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

• Depending on which shipping method you choose and the total amount of your order, shipping fees may apply.

Does Urbanears offer international shipping?

• Orders to countries outside the EU are shipped according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that tehy do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and tehy cannot predict what your particular charges may be. 

• To the extent permitted by mandatory law, using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications not covered by urbanears.com, who will not be considered the exporter of these goods. 

How to start a withdrawal of an order?

• You have the right to withdraw an order, in accordance with what is set forth below, within 30 days without giving any reason.

• The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you receive the products. In case of an order for multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you receive the last product.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform them via email or regular mail, please contact see details below, of your decision to withdraw an order by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model withdrawal form set forth below, but it is not obligatory.

• To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

What if I received the damaged or defective products?

• In case of any damages to a product or its packing upon delivery to you, URBANEARS kindly ask you to notify URBANEARS immediately upon receipt of the product. Please include in such notice information about the damage and photos of the damage of the product and/or its packing.

• If so is requested by URBANEARS you shall send back the product in question to URBANEARS together with the couriers original packing, the product’s original packing, labels or tags, inserts, accessories, etc, to the address provided to you by our Customer Service, without undue delay. 

• URBANEARS will help you arrange return shipping of such products, URBANEARS is not able to refund or compensate you for any costs incurred by arranging your own courier/shipping/postal service.
