Can I return or exchange items?

• Start your free return or exchange at returns.oneillclothing.com. Their returns center will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a free pre-paid return label.

• Returns must be started within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

• Items must be purchased directly from them.oneill.com and be in brand new condition with the tags still attached. Once a return is started, the free shipping return label is active for 28 days before expiring.

• Due to safety protocols implemented in their warehouse, please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed once the item(s) are received.  

• After receiving the refund confirmation email, please note that your credit card company may require an additional 3-7 days to post the credit to your account. 

What is the website shipping information?

• Oneill rewards members receive free shipping over $99.Standard Ground Shipping: $3.99 – 7-14 business days for transit.

• Some wetsuit deliveries will require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified of the signature requirement via email prior to shipping.

• Wetsuits are packaged in a specific way in order to avoid damaging and/or creasing the neoprene.  

• If returning a wetsuit, please follow these instructions on how to fold/package it.  

• Damaged wetsuit returns will result in a 20% damage fee.

Can I make adjustment to my orders?

• If made a mistake on your order, please notify them as soon as possible. 

• They are unable to make most changes to orders, but tehy will attempt to stop the order from shipping so it can be cancelled and replaced.  

• Because their warehouse works quickly to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, they cannot guarantee being able to catch it prior to shipping (please note they do offer free returns/exchanges if an order does ship).
