How does the Team Mode feature work? What do I need to use it?

With Team Mode, you can control your helicopter and camera independently with two ST16S remotes. So while the pilot controls the drone, the camera operator can focus on his own recording. To be able to take full advantage of Team Mode functionality, you will need an additional ST16S to match your existing system.
