How do returns and refunds work?

If you return an order shipped with Next Day Air or Second Day Air, you will not receive a refund for the shipping amount. All returns must have their RMA# or they will refuse to accept returns. Please contact them before returning or exchanging and they will give you a return number. You can return any product in its original packaging and condition for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. All defective products will be replaced; if your return is not due to their fault, they will deduct shipping from your refund.

How long did it take for my order to be processed?

They will notify you if the item you ordered is sold out. Most online credit card orders ship within 24 hours if the item is in stock. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day.

Can I cancel my order?

They do their best to ship your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays), so if your order has already shipped, they will not be able to cancel it. However, you can return it to them upon receipt by following the guidelines in their return policy.

They currently ship to all locations in the US and internationally. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, they will send you an email with shipping details and tracking information for your package. For expedited shipping services, such as overnight or next day shipping, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred as a result of such requests.
