How to register?

When Pre-K Pass registration is active, visit valleyfair.com, select Season Passes, then Pre-K pass. Follow the directions and submit. Print the e-ticket and bring it to the Front Door Pass Processing Center along with your child and a valid ID that proves the child's date of birth. Examples of valid identification are birth certificates or travel passports. These can be originals or copies.

How are season tickets handled?

The Pre-K Season Pass requires proof of age (original birth certificate or travel passport) and the child must be present at the time of activation. You can process your season pass any day the park is open to the public. Simply bring your e-ticket to any front turnstile to receive your season ticket ID. The guest must be present at the time of activation.

What is Valleyfair's refund policy?

Valleyfair does not offer refunds or exchanges for daily tickets, Fast Lane/Fast Lane Plus or beverage and dining products. All of the above products are non-refundable and non-replaceable once the order has been transacted at the front door, online, on the Valleyfair mobile app or other authorized conductors. This includes weather-related events. They don't issue Raincheck. Check local weather conditions before planning your visit.

Is there a charge for parking at Valleyfair?

Yes, Valleyfair requires parking fees. Parking is free if you drop someone off or pick them up from the park. If you're dropping off or picking up someone and you'll be in the parking lot for 30 minutes or less, you don't need to pay for parking. When you enter the parking lot, the toll booth staff will take your license plate number and record the make and model of your car and the time you passed through the gate.
