How do returns and refunds work?
You may return new or unused product online or in store within 60 days of purchase with Vera Bradley's original receipt or online packing slip. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment or Electronic Gift Certificate (EGC). EGC is available at verabradley.com or at a Vera Bradley retail store. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip. Actual refund amount is subject to discount, tax, and item condition. If you use a Vera Bradley return label, $6 shipping and tax will be deducted from your refund amount.

Economy Ground orders are delivered Monday through Saturday within the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, excluding major holidays.
In the U.S., Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands, Expedited and Express orders are delivered Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).
Standard ground orders are delivered Monday through Saturday within the U.S., Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands, excluding major holidays. Saturday delivery will vary based on customer address.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO military addresses can only be shipped via USPS Standard and cannot be expedited. Please allow 5-7 business days for product to arrive at US PO Boxes. They cannot guarantee delivery times after orders are delivered to military PO boxes.
They do not currently offer delivery to DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) mailing addresses.
All expedited orders require the correct street address for on-time delivery. Expedited and Express orders cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
