How do they deliver?

Vertical Activewear ships to almost every country outside the US. Vertical Activewear Customization allows each item to be customized on demand, especially for you. As such, items are usually shipped within 10-14 business days and begin shipping the day after the order is placed. Their current carrier is USPS - mostly Priority Mail or First Class within the US. Estimated delivery time for items in the continental US is 2-5 business days. Most orders are processed and shipped within the continental US, and items are completed within 10-14 business days.

How does return work?

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it. All original labels must be attached. For hygiene reasons, they require you to wear VERTICAL ACTIVEWEAR bottoms and bodysuits over your underwear. By placing an order with VERTICAL ACTIVEWEAR, you will be responsible for returning shipping to VERTICAL ACTIVEWEAR. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact them if you would like to purchase a return label.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the specified tracking number. If the tracking confirmation email doesn't show up in your primary inbox within the appropriate turnaround time frame, please check your spam.

Can I apply for an exchange?

They don't offer an exchange right now. You can return your item to them for a refund, then place a new order to get the item of your choice. Received an incorrect or defective item? Vertical Activewear will only accept damaged returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed with all original labels attached. All damaged order returns will incur no restocking charges.
