What should I do if I receive damaged items?
Contact Lenses
If you feel that the lenses you received are defective, they will exchange the lenses free of charge. This does not cover damages caused by improper use. Defective contact lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same type, brand, prescription and color. They cannot issue refunds for defective lenses. Please note that the defective contact lenses will have to be returned to them first, before they can exchange them. If your contact lenses are defective, please notify them within 14 days after receiving your order.
Eyeglasses & Sunglasses
If you feel that the eyeglasses or sunglasses you received have a manufacturing defect, they will exchange the glasses free of charge. This does not cover normal wear and tear to the frame or lenses or damages caused by improper use. If their inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, they will replace them free of charge with the exact same model and prescription. They cannot issue refunds for defective glasses. To return your glasses for inspection, please notify them within 14 days after receiving your order.
What should I do if my products are not delivered?
Vision Marketplace ships all packages with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the progress of the delivery. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, they will be happy to replace your item. If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact them.
What's the shipping cost?
Shipping cost for orders up to $50 USD: $14.95 USD
Shipping cost for orders over $50 USD: $9.95 USD
For delivery to Australia, Puerto Rico and Guam the shipping cost is $24.95 USD regardless of the shopping cart total and item quantity.
What's the product availability and expected dispatch times?
The estimated dispatch time for each product is stated on the product page. Although they endeavor to dispatch your order on or before the dispatch time indicated on the product page, they cannot offer any guarantee and this is only an estimate. Estimated dispatch days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends and public holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number.
What's the import duties and sale taxes?
Some countries will charge import/sales taxes on the product when it arrives in the destination country and goes through customs. Vision Marketplace does not have any control over these fees and it is your responsibility to pay any such taxes as required at the time of delivery.
