What is shipping policy?

• Their goal is to process and ship every order within 24-48 hours (weekends excepted) for products in stock, and, in most cases within 3 business days for products not in stock, but available from our distributors. Premium Flags, Yard Signs and Vinyl Banners are made to order in house and do take a few days to produce. This will cause some delays in shipping time. Because of their pick up and delivery schedule, standard, non-expedited orders submitted after 2:00 PM Central Time are considered as the next business day, for shipping time purposes. Expedited (Overnight, 2-day, etc) orders submitted after 11:00 AM Central Time are considered as the next business day.

• If you feel that the shipping cost is unfair that is because it is. Fedex does charge by the dim weight of the package size and not the actual weight of the package itself. This is something we have no control over. Fedex and All other logistics companies do operate this way, but be assured they are giving you a reduced shipping cost that we receive so that the prices are cheaper on your end.

• For orders under $115 or expedited orders, they will honor the shipping preference of the customer, however, they reserve the right to use their judgment to get the product to you via the quickest, most cost-effective carrier method.

What is return policy？

Please contact Vista Flags within 30 days of the purchase date to request a Return Authorization. Products must be in new, resalable condition, preferably unopened. Please package all items securely, preferably in the original packaging, include a copy of the packing slip, or if unavailable, include your Invoice/Receipt/Order on a piece of paper inside the box, and return to: Vista Flags, 4834 Derrick Drive, Abilene, Texas, 79601. The buyer must pay to return the product back to us at what ever shipping method they choose. A refund, less a 15% restocking fee, will be processed upon receipt of the returned product(s) that are evaluated to be in new, resalable condition. Refunds will be denied if the products are received in used, non-resalable condition. In addition to the 15% restocking fee, if you selected a reduced or free shipping promotion with your purchase, they will deduct their actual original shipping costs from your refund. Other possible deductions: If you purchased a discounted Kit product but return only a portion of the Kit product , the combined Kit discount will be subtracted from the item(s) being returned first.
