What is Vitaly Design Return Policy? 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return your product up to 14 days after delivery. 

• They require proof of purchase to honor any return or exchange. Your order number can be found in the original order confirmation email. If you cannot find your order number, please contact thier customer support team for additional help.

• Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product: Has visible wear or damage. Is not in the original packaging, including outer sleeves and tags. Is a final-sale item (this does not include discount codes or site-wide sales). Earrings can not be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.

How to exchange or return my order?

• For customers located outside of Canada and the United States please follow these instructions: Step 1. Log into thier return portal and follow the instructions here. Step 2. Use your original packaging to return the items Step 3. Take it to your local post office. You can request tracking, but no insurance is necessary.

• For customers located within Canada and the United States please follow these instructions: Step 1. Log into thier return portal and follow the instructions here. Step 2. Use your original packaging to return the items with your new prepaid return label. Step 3. Drop off the package to your local post office.

What is Vitaly Design Shipping Policy?

• For orders to be shipped outside  of Canada you shall be responsible for any applicable customs duties/taxes as the case may be. Average shipping time within Canada is 3-5 business days via Canada Post.

• Average shipping time to the USA is 3-5 business days via USPS. International tracked shipments are expected to arrive within 14-21 business days, this excludes any weekends or holidays. Final delivery for international packages will be processed by your country's local postal service.

• Orders under $50: US - US$6.99, CA - CA$8.99, International - US$9.99, Mexico (Fedex only) - US$12.00.

• Orders over $50: Free Worldwide Shipping.

• Express shipping is also available at checkout - rates may vary.

• Orders over $399.00: Please note that all orders with a value of $399 USD or greater will be subject to shipping via express courier. This free upgrade will be provided to customers at no additional charge. Please contact customer support prior to ordering if you would prefer that your order be sent with a government postal service.

• Please note that the package must first travel from Toronto to New York to get to the first USPS sorting facility. Once it has been scanned in with USPS, you will then see your tracking code activate and begin to update. It sometimes takes two days to cross the border from Canada, and the tracking code will not start updating until the package has reached the USA.

How can I cancel my order?

Please email them at [email protected] with the subject “Order Cancellation”. They will try thier best efforts to make this attempt.
