Is the Volition product gluten free?
Although they try to avoid using gluten and gluten derivatives in their products, there may be some products that contain them for performance reasons. Unless otherwise stated in the product or activity description, they cannot guarantee that the raw materials used will not be accidentally exposed to gluten during the production process of their supplier.
Can I make a return at Volition Beauty?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your package, Volition Beauty will provide a replacement/refund policy for all your purchases, ensuring the following coverage:
Lost items/misdeliveries (error/lost delivery shows tracking). Please note that misdeliveries/other delivery issues due to incorrect/incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may not be covered.
Damage caused by improper packing/handling by the Courier.
Incorrect/incomplete orders were received.

- Please note that in order to validate your return/refund request, you may be asked to provide photos/videos of the issue for review and documentation at the discretion of their product experts and warehouse team.
What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Volition Beauty?
All kits and skin packs are considered final sale, which means they are non-refundable. Any product purchased with store credit also cannot be returned. Products returned outside the scope of their return/refund policy will be subject to a replacement fee of $2 per product. In some cases, return shipping may have to be borne by the customer. Shipping charges and state/customs taxes (if any) are non-refundable.
How long can I get my refunds at Volition Beauty？
Refunds will be processed as soon as products are received and returned to their warehouse. Refunds are usually processed within 5 days of receipt, and credit/debit card refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank's policy.
How long can I get my orders at Volition Beauty?
Delivery processing usually takes 1 working day. As for the delivery time frame, note that this will depend on the shipping option you choose when placing your order. For example, packages shipped via economy/standard shipping usually take 4-6 working days to arrive from the shipping/order date, while packages shipped via expedited shipping take 2-3 working days. Overnight delivery is an option if you order before 11 a.m. Et. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Can I still cancel my order/change my shipping information?
To update/change your shipping address, please email [email protected] with your order number/contact information and their customer support team will handle it for you.
