How do returns and refunds work?

If you are not satisfied with the Whistle tracker, you can return the tracker within 30 days of purchase. If cancelled within 90 days of subscription start, you will receive a refund of the tracker fee, as well as a refund of any unused subscription value (unused subscription value is prorated based on the remainder of the subscription term). If purchased through an authorized reseller, your Whistle tracker is subject to the reseller's return policy. However, if you cancel within 90 days of starting your subscription, you can get a refund for any unused subscription value.

Do I need to have an AT&T plan to use my Whistle?

No, your Whistle tracker is like a tiny phone for your dog! So it requires its own cellular plan, but not the same as your own cell phone plan. Whistle leverages AT&T's 4G network to give you maximum coverage and fastest response, but you don't need to be an AT&T customer to use Whistle. Your 360 subscription plan takes care of the cellular connection, so you can continue your adventures without interruption.

Can I use Whistle on more than one pet?

When setting up your Whistle tracker, you can only select one pet to assign the tracker to. You will need to purchase additional Whistle trackers and subscriptions for each additional pet.

Do they support the warranty?

If you experience any technical issues within one year of purchase, they will troubleshoot and replace the device free of charge if necessary.
