What is their shipping policy?

Free shipping on all orders to UK addresses. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signature Delivery. Depending on the location, the order will take 1-3 days, including Saturday delivery. How often should I use my Derma Stamp?

It is best to use a dermastamp on the skin every 2 weeks for scar prevention and anti-aging. A dermastamp can be used weekly if it helps with hair loss. Recent studies have shown that a group of enzymes called collagenases peak about 2 weeks after treatment. These enzymes are responsible for breaking down the old misplaced collagen fibers found in scar tissue. By waiting 2 weeks, you can allow these enzymes to peak and start to subside before you start producing new collagen again with a new treatment.

What is their return policy?
