What if I don't like my drink?

• Winc prides itself on offering some of the best products to their members. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please let them know immediately. They will be happy to credit the full value of your wine to another wine of your choice in the next shipment of a Winc member.

• Another advantage of letting them know what you don't like is that it gives them the opportunity to recommend things they think you might like. 

• Be sure to include the name of the wine you don't like so they can best provide you with a solution. Restrictions apply. The satisfaction guarantee applies to Winc members only. They reserve the right to refuse to provide a satisfaction guarantee for customers who abuse this policy.

Can I make a return at Winc?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact them immediately so that they can resolve your problem. They can make arrangements if it suits them. A restocking fee of $20 May be charged on returned orders.

Can I return the order I received as a gift?

If you are not satisfied with the quality or taste of the product, please contact them immediately via SMS or chat with them live using the support button below. They will be happy to credit the full value of your bottle to a future shipment of another wine of your choice. Please note that all gift cards are for final sale and non-refundable. Should I ship to my home address, work address, or fedex office?

• Since someone 21 or older must sign for it, they have some shipping solutions that they highly recommend to help give you the best shipping experience possible!

• Apartment office: If you live in an apartment with a rental manager, you may also want to check with them to see if they can sign on. You may also want to consider shipping to your friends or neighbors who are friendly to you and can usually sign for packages.

• The fedex office: Another good option is to ship the package to a qualified fedex office, as it can be kept for 5 business days free of charge, and they usually have flexible hours. All you have to do is pick up your ID and tracking number! You can set the fedex office as the default address for your membership, or you can follow these steps to schedule pickup on demand.

How do I keep track of my membership order once it ships?

• Every month when your order is shipped, they will send you an email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking numbers for all orders from the order history page in your account. Each order will have a "Track order" button that will lead to your tracking number.

• You can also choose to use SMS to send notifications to track your order. Just go to your account Settings page and click the check box next to "SMS Delivery Notification".
