What is their return policy?
Please use one of their hassle-free returns or exchanges. If you return your item due to damage, defect or their mistake, you will not be charged return shipping. If you return it for any other reason, they will deduct a $6.95 return shipping fee from your refund or credit. Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. Please note that personalised items, food and live plants are non-refundable.
What is their shipping policy?
They ship most items in stock within 1-2 business days of receiving your order! Their standard shipping and handling charges cover most items. Certain heavier or oversized items may require additional shipping. Standard shipping and handling charges are based on the total price of the item shipped to each shipping address within the 48 consecutive states. Standard ground service takes 5-7 business days. If your shipping address is an international address outside of Canada, please order by phone. Just add $14.95 per shipping address to upgrade to their Plough & Hearth Express on orders up to $250.
How do I return oversized items for delivery?
Before signing the bill of lading: please check your cargo presented by the shipping company. If there is visible damage to the cargo, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. Any packaging defects, such as tears, punctures, crushes, water stains, or misplacement of items may indicate hidden damage. Please keep all packaging until you are sure the order is acceptable.
During delivery: If you see visible damage, you can refuse the shipment, noting the reason for the refusal on the delivery document. Please call them at 1-877-255-3700 to arrange a replacement. You do not pay shipping and handling charges for replacement orders.
After receiving the goods: If you find a problem, please call them. They might be able to fix the problem without returning it. Please keep all packing materials and boxes until you have confirmed that your purchase is in satisfactory condition.
