When will my order be shipped?
Wordery offers free worldwide shipping on all orders. Most standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, while selected orders (eg Express) are sent via partner couriers. Most international orders are sent by Royal Mail Priority Airmail. Their current courier only ships to mainland UK. Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands typically offer 2 business days service to Tracked Courier. Unfortunately, they do not currently offer courier services to Gibraltar, Guernsey or Jersey.
How does pre-order work?
Pre-orders are premium orders for books that have not yet been published. The estimated publication date is displayed on the book page. They ship as soon as the publisher receives the pre-order, which is usually the day before the release date. They charge a pre-order fee when you place an order through wordery.com. If you want to cancel your order before shipping, please contact them as soon as possible to let them know as they may not be able to cancel if the order has already been processed.
Do they support returns?
If you change your mind, you can return your book for a full refund. Note that they are currently unable to exchange books, but they can provide replacements if necessary. They also can't offer free returns. In undamaged original condition (preferably in original packaging). Within 30 days from the date you received the book. Wordery will return the returned book in the same way you originally used to pay for the book upon receipt of the returned book. Note that it may take up to 30 days for refunds to appear on your statement. If a dispatched book is delayed beyond their estimated delivery time or lost in the mail, they will offer a replacement or refund.
