What is Wunderlabel Shipping Policy?

• All of thier standard shipment orders are shipped via First Class Mail with the United States Postal Service.

• Please add 5-8 business days to the delivery time estimate for standard shipments going to Canada.

• Standard shipments can be delivered to a P.O. Box. The estimated delivery date can be found on the individual product pages. 

• All of thier express shipment orders are shipped via UPS Express. Express delivery can take an estimated 2-7 days off the standard production/delivery option. Express shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box. A physical address and contact telephone number is required. A signature will be required upon delivery.

• Production times can vary. For accurate production and delivery estimates, please visit the configuration page of each individual product. Express orders are prioritized and are produced and shipped directly from thier production facility.

Does Wunderlabel offer discounts? What is Wunderlabel Quantity Discount?

• Yes! Wunderlabel does offer specials and discounts which you will find in our newsletter, on thier blog and on thier social media accounts. The more pieces you order, the greater your savings. Volume discounts are applied to every order depending upon quantity.

• Thier product discounts rise with the number of different products ordered within the same order: 2% Discount when you order 2 items; 3% Discount when you order 3 items; 4% Discount when you order 4 items; 5% Discount when you order 5 items.

What is Wunderlabel order process?

• Design your product using thier online design tool and check out using the payment method of your choice.

• After your order and payment is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

• Once your order is complete and ready for shipment, you will receive an update which includes your tracking number.

What are Wunderlabel costs for postage and packaging?

• Standard orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for a flat fee of $4.99. 

• Express delivery is available (via UPS Express) and can take 2-7 off of the delivery estimate for a flat fee of $44.99.

• Canada: Please add 5-8 days to the delivery estimate.

• What can I do if I need to change my email address?
