Can I return the products that I'm not satisfied?

• No. They do not accept returns as chocolates are a perishable food item. 

• They do however provide refunds or replacements for orders that melted in transit.

What is the shipping policy?

• From April on wards they offer FREE overnight shipping over a $100.00. 

• From April onwards shipping costs $18.00 or more.

• Most orders are shipped within 2 days of order confirmation.

• They only ship in the continental U.S.

How do they ship chocolate in hot weather?

• They pack chocolate with hot foil pads and reusable gel ice packs. 

• This will be enough to cool their chocolate for 2 days of shipping, but they recommend customers opt for overnight shipping if their destination address is above 82 degrees Fahrenheit. 

• They will not ship after the weekend of April. 

• All orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be shipped on Monday unless the destination is the East Coast of the United States.

Can I get refund about the meliting chocolate?

• Yes. They only provide refunds for chocolates that have melted in transit. If replacement is not requested they will refund your entire order. 

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

What if I received the damaged item?

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact them  immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that they can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be photographed in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

• All photos/screenshots must be timestamped, and must be within 2 hours of delivery. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
