Can you give me Payment Information?

Through Pacypay, they also accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and bank transfer (debit card). Please be noted that the order will be delivered to your Pacypay address.

What is return policy?

Orders can be returned within 14 days upon receiving. The customer should send the return form first. After the application for a return is approved by Youpinchoose, the product can be returned. Please make sure the item is new and in original packaging with all possible accessories and manuals. Please provide the tracking number and tracking query link to Youpinchoose within 7 days after the product is sent back. Otherwise, the request will be processed as expired. If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to their reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. For returns under warranty, the same form is to be used. The return form can be applied for via [email protected].

What is warranty?

Youpinchoose applies the warranty period of twenty-four (24) months (start from 1/2/2021) on all products. Except it is assumed by EU law, Youpinchoose cannot be held liable for a warranty period longer than the period as defined by the manufacturers and suppliers. They respect the rights and claims that each customer has in possession. The customer can return the defective product for repair after he/she receives a return form sent by them.
