What is their return policy?
If you need help or replace defective products, please call or email them. The products returned for replacement or refund must be in a new state, the original packaging, including all disks, registration cards, packaging materials and other accessories, and received within 30 days after the delivery date (or other specified return time listed on the product page) For damaged or incomplete returns, they reserve the right to refuse returns or charge replenishment fees. Unless otherwise stated on the product page or authorized by your store online, the freight will not be refunded. If there is no Ra number issued by your store online or the return policy of the product manufacturer or distributor to replace their return policy, returns will not be accepted.
For all items: there is a 15% replenishment fee for all items. All other return and refund rules above apply.

UPS land transportation: 3-8 working days UPS second day: 2 working days UPS air transportation the next day: 1 working day

The total time depends on the time required to obtain payment authorization from the carrier, order processing and transportation time. For inventory items, this can range from 24 hours to 10 days.
Their customer-friendly transportation plan is calculated based on the weight and size of your goods and the type of transportation service you specify (land, air or overnight). Freight and handling charges will be charged for all orders placed with them. If your order must be packed in multiple boxes, or if an item has no inventory and must be shipped later, it must be shipped in batches, and the freight and handling charges of each shipment will be processed at the time of shipment.
