What is their return policy?

• You can return all items within 30 days after receiving them. Please contact them immediately. They will not return the item 30 days after you receive it.

• All items must be intact and attached with the original packaging and all labels. Any items worn, cleaned or altered in any way are not eligible for refund. In most cases, the original freight (if any) will not be refunded.

• The following items are non returnable, including underwear, swimsuits, beauty products, lucky bags, masks, protective equipment, items with non returnable signs and free gifts. If you have any questions, please contact their support center first.

• Any order can be delivered free of charge when it is returned for the first time. From the second return, the return freight will be borne by you. Please contact their support center for return information.

Should I be charged with custom fees?

• All the goods in their warehouses were delivered duty unpaid. Therefore, once the package arrives in the country of destination, any and all customs or import duties will be charged. If so, these fees must be paid by the customer. 

• If the customer refuses to accept the package due to import duties or taxes, the customer shall be fully responsible for all return freight, customs fees and handling charges. Please note that according to the customs regulations, zaful cannot declare the purchased items as gifts, nor can it list the amount lower than the actual product price.

How long is the processing time?

• The processing time of the goods is the time from the receipt of the order to the actual delivery. After receiving your order, they will carry out strict quality control inspection and testing to ensure the quality of products before delivery to meet your satisfaction. This may involve detailed internal inspection: such as material quality, zippers, seams, decorations and patterns, interior trim, lining, etc. 

• The total processing time varies according to the complexity, design and size of a specific product or article. Larger orders naturally take longer. They usually need to process your order within 24 hours of the working day. However, please note that the processing time may also be affected by the inventory status of a single item, the time of year, national holidays, etc.

• If your order includes very popular items that encounter inventory problems, order processing and shipment may take 1-3 working days. They apologize for the inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.
