What is the return policy?

• You are welcome to return unwashed and unworn items within 30 days.

• Items not eligible for return include specials marked "final sale" (ending at $0.97), washed/worn items, hats, drink ware and "mystery" promotions.

• When they receive a returned package at our facility, they will process the refund for the payment method you used and you will receive a notification confirming your refund.

• Returns of electric bikes and chairs must be approved before they can be returned.

• They will apply to process your product and issue a refund within a maximum of 10 business days after receiving your return package.

Where do I enter the promo code?

On the checkout page, you will click the link "Got a promo code?" And enter the code. Make sure the code applies before placing an order. They are not responsible for forgetting or misusing promotional codes. Does not apply to previous purchases.

How do I change my order?

Please note that once an order has been placed, the order information cannot be edited - this includes email, shipping address, shipping service and order content. Unless you update the information on your account before ordering.
