How to tarck my order status?
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number and the details of the courier they used to send your goods. Click "track your order" to track your package from the email. Or, if you have an account, please log in and view your order history. From there, you can click on your order to view its history, tracking number and links. Or, if you live in the UK, please click here to track your order.
What is their shipping policy?
Standard UK and Isle of man deliveries. Up to 5 working days - £ 3.95. Free when the order amount is 50 pounds or more.
British express. Up to 3 working days - £ 5.95
Up to 2 working days for UK delivery (order before 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday). Order before noon on Saturday and deliver on Sunday- £6.95
Unfortunately, they are currently unable to deliver to the Republic of Ireland or other EU countries. They are looking for a plan that will enable us to resume delivery as soon as possible.
They will process your order and make it arrive within the announced time frame of the delivery method you choose. After the order is shipped, they will send you an email.
What is their return policy?
You can return any unnecessary online goods within 30 days after placing an order. All returned items must be in an undamaged / new condition with all labels attached and in their original packaging.
They cannot accept the return of items received more than 30 days after the purchase date unless they are defective (according to their warranty policy).
You also have the right to cancel the contract, which takes effect from the date you place the order and ends 14 calendar days from the date you receive the ordered products. Then you have 14 days to return the items to them.
