What is Return policy of Three Brothers Bakery?
- If you serve the cake/baked good/bread and feel there is a problem with the baking, do not throw it away. Please return it to them, so they can see what is wrong, and if there is something wrong they will replace it, refund your credit card or give you a Three Brothers Bakery gift card and will work with you to determine the acceptable solution.
- In the case of large tiered cakes, if they are able to fill the slot reserved for you, then they will give you a refund of 75%.
- Should they have already begun your cake, they will be unable to provide a gift card and recommend you still enjoy it or donate it to a charity who they know will appreciate it.
When will my order ship?
The date you select is the date your package will SHIP, not arrive. If you would like your package to arrive on a specific date you must choose overnight or second day. Home and ground shipping does not guarantee any arrival date. They ship Monday-Thursday. IMPORTANT: If you would like your baked goods to be fresh, please select overnight or second day delivery. Please be sure the recipient will be home to receive their perishable package. In most cases the shipper (currently they use FedEx) will release packages if the recipient is not home, however there are some instances where release is not possible (apartment building with no access, unsafe area, etc). Three Brothers Bakery will not be responsible for items delivered but not opened, packages released, or packages that spoil because recipient was not in and shipper was unable to release. Please make sure someone will be there to accept the package.
Can all of my order be shipped?
No, at this time there are some items they cannot ship, usually decorated items with buttercream, such as: Sheet cakes Cupcakes Dip decs Tiered cakes Some products can only be shipped overnight, so even if you choose ground or home delivery, they will try to reach out to you to modify your order.
Does any of product of Three Brothers Bakery contain nuts or other common food allergies?
Yes. Please be sure to review the CONTAINS statements to see which allergens are contained in certain products. They cannot guarantee their products will be nut or nut-oil free. They use soybean oil, flour, milk and eggs in their bakeries. If you or someone who would eat their product has a food allergy, it is your decision whether or not to eat the product and they cannot be held responsible.
What forms of payment does Three Brothers Bakery accept?
At their three Houston bakeries and online, they accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and bank debit cards. They also accept cash in all three of their bakeries in Houston. They do not accept checks.
