Will my order arrive multiple shipments?

• They use Amazon Fulfillment for all orders. To expedite their arrival, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

• If you only received a portion of your order, rest assured the remaining portion will be on its way.

• If this is the case and you only received 1 tracking number, please contact them at [email protected] so they can follow up with the carrier and obtain the additional tracking numbers for you.

What should I know before  returning a product?

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  

• To start a return, you can contact them at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, they’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

• Items sent back to them without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What is their refund policy?

• They will notify you once they’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less a restocking fee of $40.00.
  
• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
