How and where you ship?

• Plant Items: They are committed to sending you the best plants available. All of their plant items are carefully packaged and shipped to arrive at the proper planting time for your area of the country. They ship plant items to the 48 contiguous United States. In all cases, they choose the fastest, most efficient way to send your orders via USPS or FedEx. They do not ship plant items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or APO/FPO addresses.

• General Merchandise/Hardgoods: They ship general merchandise to the 48 contiguous United States. They do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or APO/FPO addresses.

What should I do if I need to ship to a different address?

To ship an order to an address different than the billing address, enter the ship-to information under Shipping Address in the shopping cart. You'll also need to make sure the "use my billing address" box is not checked. The shipping address will only be changed for that order.

How your sales tax was calculated?

Online Retailers are now required to collect applicable state and/or local sales tax from all customers, based on the delivery address. The tax rate and the taxable amount of your order, which may include shipping and handling fees, was determined by your local sales tax laws.

My coupon or discount doesn't appear. How do I claim it?

• Catalog/Mailed Offer: To receive your coupon or discount from a catalog or other mailing, enter your promotion code in the field provided at the bottom of your Shopping Cart page, in the coupon code box.

• Catalog: Your account and key number can be found to the left of your name and address on the back cover of the catalog and/or at the top of the order form.

• Other Mailings: Your account and key number can be found above your name and address on the order form.

• Occassionally certain system configurations can cause problems in claiming coupons and discounts. If for any reason you have difficulties redeeming your coupon or discount just note your account number and key number in the comment field during checkout. Their customer service staff will ensure that your discount is applied. 

• E-mail Promotion: Click on any link in the e-mail promotion and the coupon or discount being offered in that e-mail will automatically be applied to your order. You can also find the offer keycode at the bottom of the e-mail and type it into the coupon code box on the Shopping Cart page of the site.

• Note: Each coupon/discount is an exclusive offer and cannot be combined with any other offer. Limit one coupon offer per household. All discounts are subject to product availability.
