What is their return policy?

• After receiving the order, please immediately verify the contents against the goods marked as shipped on the receipt. If you have not received the correct goods, received the damaged goods, or have questions about the status of the separately shipped goods, please contact their customer service department.

• Most items can be returned or refunded at any time. The exception is that personal care products, intimate items and shoes must be returned intact within 60 days. Please try on your shoes on the carpet inside. Personalized items with customized names, addresses, etc. cannot be canceled or returned. However, if your personalized goods are damaged or wrong when they arrive, they will be happy to replace them for you. Media (DVD, CD, Blu ray Disc) must be returned intact for refund. Defective media can be replaced with the same title. There is no need to call the customer service before returning or exchanging items, but the exchange authorized by the customer service representative must return the original items within 30 days after authorization.

• Return of goods for reasons other than damage, defect or their error must be postage prepaid.

Do they ship internationally?

• Unfortunately, at present, they can only ship to the United States and Canada.

• Canadian standard delivery: they ship via FedEx. Please provide the actual street address for shipment. For each delivery address, your account will charge standard transportation and handling fees plus $39.95. Applicable tariffs are included in these fees. Taxes will be charged separately. All prices are priced in the United States and paid in U.S. funds only. Some products cannot be shipped outside the United States.
