What is return policy?
Please note that all FURNITURE, RUGS, VINTAGE, and INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS are final sale. Requirements for a successful return on general items:
They must receive the item within 15 days of delivery.
The product must be returned in it's original packaging. It must arrive at High Street Market safely and undamaged. If the order arrives damaged, they cannot provide a refund and you will need to file a claim with your shipping company.
The original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once the item is returned safely within the 15 day window, they will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product.
They will not cover return shipping fees; all return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Once the item arrives, they will inspect it and issue a credit on the same credit card that you used to make the original purchase.
Ship returned packages to the following address (make sure to note your order number or include your packing slip): High Street Market, attn: returns (your order number), 103 North 2nd Street and North Wales, PA 19454.
What is lighting?

They can only accept a return on non-installed items.
There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned lighting.
The fixture must be in the original packaging. This includes all original packaging material and original factory information.
The fixture must be packaged exactly as it was shipped. Do not write or put any markings on the outside of the packaging. Any slight variation in re-packaging could cause the piece to be damaged in transit, making the return invalid.
Any customized lighting is non-returnable.
How about Furniture?
All furniture sales are final. They cannot accept returns on any furniture purchase.
How about Rugs?
All rug sales are final. They cannot accept returns on any rugs.
How about Vintage items?
All vintage sales are final. They cannot accept returns on any vintage purchases.
How about International shipments?
All international sales are final. They cannot accept returns on any international shipping order.
